As part of my ongoing work, I’ve created and delivered workshops, training programs, and strategic consultations designed to strengthen organizations, empower leaders, and fulfill collective mission.

All of the following Signature Trainings and Train-the-Trainer Sessions are available by request for large or small groups whether virtually, or as part of conference programming. These offerings are independently created and are not part of an official campaign, nor are they endorsed by or affiliated with Kiwanis International or the New England & Bermuda District of Kiwanis International.

Inclusive Club Consultations

Through my current occupation as a Diversity Professional, I also offer support and guidance in helping groups advance inclusivity through strategic, actionable steps.

Areas of Focus Include:

• Reviewing meeting formats and schedules for accessibility

• Helping reframe outreach strategies to engage more community voices

• Offering ideas to build welcoming traditions (e.g., inclusive icebreakers, alternative to fines or formal prayers)

• Exploring tiered dues, travel grants, or first-year discounts to remove financial barriers

• Reviewing communications, websites, or membership language for inclusion

• Designing DEI-focused programs, panels, or guest speakers
